Mo is the Vice President of Business Development at Podium, bringing over 17 years of experience in property development and commercial real estate. His career has spanned high-rise projects, fund management, and large-scale mixed-use developments across Malaysia and Singapore.

Before joining Podium, Mo played a crucial role in delivering major Lendlease projects, including Setia City Mall, Paya Lebar Quarter, and the TRX mixed development. With a background as a High-Rise Management Equity Manager and Development Manager, Mo has been deeply involved in site acquisitions, bidding processes, commercial assessments, and contract negotiations, always with a focus on driving returns, speed to market, and project certainty.

His passion lies in real estate – seeing buildings rise from concept to completion – and being part of shaping the built environment. At Podium, he is driven by the vision of giving development teams confidence in project costs, timelines, and outcomes by bringing the whole ecosystem together.

Martin is Director of Product Management at Podium, where he leads with a simple belief: the best spaces connect people. Whether it’s a stadium, an airport, or your local mall, Martin sees the built environment as a reflection of how humans come together. His motivation comes from building technology that customers truly love and rely on.

Before Podium, Martin spent years designing everything from Olympic venues to Premier League stadiums, airport terminals, and even quirky micro-projects like automated flower vending machines and dictator-themed birdhouses. He joined Podium after taking on the challenge to design a building in a day using computational design – a mission that sparked his passion for blending AEC expertise with digital innovation.

Martin approaches work with practicality and a focus on outcomes: if it helps the team or customer succeed, it’s worth doing. Outside work, you’ll likely find him talking rugby, coaching junior teams, or brewing the perfect cup of tea.

A chartered architect and digital transformation leader with over 25 years in the built environment, Richard Kuppusamy is a recognised expert in DfMA, industrialised construction, and digital delivery. He brings deep experience across architecture, construction, and technology strategy—having held senior roles at Lendlease and award-winning architectural practice WOHA.

Richard has a strong understanding of commercial interests, regulatory requirements, and the technical mechanics needed to implement technology across the full design-to-construction lifecycle. As a pioneering practitioner in BIM/VDC, his expertise spans Digital Twins, PropTech, and ConTech implementation.

Known for his strategic clarity and hands-on leadership, Richard builds high-performing teams and translates business needs into innovative solutions that are measurable, repeatable, and rooted in real-world impact.

David Chau is the Vice President of Design Automation at Podium, with 18 years of experience driving technology transformation across the property value chain; from development to construction to asset management.

David’s passion lies at the intersection of architecture, engineering, mathematics, and software. This combination powers his mission to reshape how the built environment is delivered. David has spent his career building platforms and frameworks that help teams work smarter and with more certainty. His proudest achievements include leading SaaS ventures like Podium and Placeform, both designed to break the cycles of inefficiency holding the industry back.

What motivates David is solving complex challenges head-on and giving teams a clear line of sight on what’s ahead. Outside work, he is a proud father to three girls, a coffee-enthusiast (sometimes with tea in the same cup), and an unapologetic science and math geek with a love for quantum physics, astrophysics, and unsolved problems.

Nuno Mourão is the Chief Software Architect at Podium, with a strong background in building digital products that drive real-world impact across industries like healthcare, telecommunications, and now property and construction.

With a passion for solving complex problems, Nuno applies his broad technical expertise to one of the most challenging industries:  bringing innovation to the built environment. He thrives on the complexity of property and construction, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and bridging the critical gap between product vision and engineering delivery.

Throughout his career, Nuno has led the creation of zero-to-one software products, building scalable platforms while ensuring alignment between product and technology teams. His proudest moments include delivering a telemedicine and COVID vaccination traceability system during the pandemic for a Southeast Asian country.

Outside work, you’ll find him on the football field, at the gym, or enjoying a double espresso.

Gaurav Vasavada is the Vice President of Software Engineering at Podium, bringing over 20 years of experience driving product development, platform engineering, and R&D across global technology teams.

Known for his strong product mindset and engineering discipline, Gaurav is passionate about building scalable, efficient, and reliable platforms. His expertise spans automation, cloud services, and stakeholder management, all with a constant focus on driving impact through technology.

What excites Gaurav most is the challenge of breaking barriers, discovering patterns across industries, and applying them to solve complex problems in new domains. For him, every accomplishment and failure plays a role in shaping success, and each experience adds value.

Graham Dunn leads global sales at PODIUM, helping property developers transform their businesses by leveraging the latest AI-powered building design tools that accelerate development timelines and improve ROI.

With experience spanning three continents, Graham has built and led high-performing sales, channel, and consulting teams for both startups and global tech companies. His career includes roles at blue-chip firms like Cisco, Alcatel, and Rockwell Automation, where he developed and executed regional go-to-market strategies across multiple industries.

Passionate about growth and innovation, Graham has also supported startups in building foundational sales structures to fuel growth and success.

Educated in Glasgow, Scotland, he has lived and worked in England, France, and the US, and has been based in Singapore for the past 18 years. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, traveling, and playing sports, especially football and golf. He is fluent in both English and French, and currently learning Mandarin.
