Our journey with JTC Corporation (JTC) is a testament to this principle – a collaboration combining JTC’s deep industry know-how in their generic Ramp-up Factory typology with Podium’s innovative computational engine and design automation agents. Together, we have been co-developing solutions to tackle the industry’s most fundamental challenges of cost, time, and risk, with JTC’s close involvement every step of the way.
A Shared Vision: Codifying Architecture and Engineering Expertise in a Software Platform
Our partnership with JTC was founded on an ambitious goal: to co-develop a generative platform with deep, practical capabilities for industrial facilities. The objective was to embed JTC’s real-world expertise directly into Podium’s Computational Agents, creating a system capable of generating fully coordinated schematic designs across all major disciplines: Space, Structure, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection).
The Proving Ground: Simulating a JTC Industrial Development Project

To benchmark the capabilities of our SaaS platform, we used a JTC Industrial Development Project as a reference project for a simulation. This allowed us to test Podium’s ability to accelerate the early stages of design by enabling rapid feasibility studies and option comparisons against a real-world benchmark.
Using the project’s design brief as input, we generated three distinct design options in a fraction of the time a traditional workflow would take. The results of the simulation spoke for themselves:
Exceeding Targets: The brief required a minimum of 70% building efficiency and our generated designs achieved efficiencies as high as 80%.
Drastic Time Savings: By automating multi-disciplinary coordination, design changes that typically take weeks of back-and-forth can be resolved and regenerated in minutes. This allows stakeholders to make live design iterations and see the full impact across the project instantly.
This simulation demonstrated Podium’s clear advantage in rapidly evaluating multiple scenarios to find the optimal design that meets both regulatory and business requirements.
A Journey’s Culmination: From Workshop to the Main Stage
The culmination of this intensive collaboration was a significant milestone at the recent JTC Partners’ Night. During a presentation on technology innovation, a JTC representative highlighted our joint success to their broader partner eco-system.
Hearing our work described from the main stage was a powerful moment. The key messages shared by JTC on how PODIUM is able to support JTC, generating and comparing multiple design options and enabling data-driven decisions, perfectly captured the value we aimed to create together.
This acknowledgment is more than just a milestone; it’s a validation of our shared belief that by codifying deep industry expertise into an intelligent SaaS platform, we can fundamentally change how buildings are conceived and delivered.
